A Local Authority is transitioning to a Tier 1 Cloud ERP solution (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) to modernize and streamline its operations across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Payroll.
The current Finance and HR systems are outdated and lack integration, leading to inefficiencies and control risks. This upgrade will provide a unified, user-friendly platform, ensuring business continuity, improved financial control, and enhanced recruitment processes, thereby supporting the council's evolving needs and delivering better services to citizens.
The new ERP solution will enhance data accuracy, offer real-time information, and facilitate systematic contract management and procurement. It aims to reduce manual reconciliation work, lower ownership costs, and improve decision-making capabilities.

We are working with senior stakeholders on adoption of the reporting roadmap and the ability to successfully drive change across the organisation.
Leading the SAC Reporting Development workstream in the design, development and support of standardised SAP and non-SAP reporting templates and dashboards that support strategic decision making & operational reporting.
